Technical & Setup
Do participants need to install software?
No. SimuPro is 100% browser-based. It runs smoothly on modern browsers like Chrome, Edge, and Safari without any IT integration or firewall adjustments.
Do we need VR headsets?
No. We simulate the psychological pressure of leadership, not the visual reality. A standard laptop with an internet connection is all that is required.
Is user data secure?
Yes, we are fully GDPR compliant. Furthermore, participants manage fictional employees within the simulation, so no real employee data is ever entered into the system.
Methodology
Is this just a game?
No. It’s a scientifically validated behavioral simulation. While "game" elements create engagement, the underlying logic and learning outcomes are deeply rooted in behavioral psychology and leadership theory.
Can I use the simulator without a trainer?
No. SimuPro is a facilitated experience designed to be trainer-led. The simulator provides the context and data, but the true learning comes from the trainer's expert coaching, feedback, and the debriefing sessions. It is a powerful tool for experts, not a self-paced e-learning course.
What happens if a participant fails?
That’s the point! SimuPro provides a safe space to fail. The simulator gives immediate objective data, and our trainers provide coaching on why it happened, turning failure into a powerful learning moment.
Can we customize the scenarios?
Absolutely. We tailor the "friction points" (conflict levels, deadlines, resource scarcity) to mirror the specific reality and challenges of your industry.
Logistics & Process
How does the training process work?
Our engagement follows a structured path to ensure impact:
- Consultation: We discuss your specific leadership pain points.
- Setup: We build the simulator branded to your company identity.
- Design: We collaborate with HR to prepare simulation cases and "special events" that mirror your challenges.
- Training: We deliver the immersive training sessions.
- Feedback: We adapt future modules based on performance data and participant feedback.
How long is the training program?
The duration depends entirely on your needs. We deliver everything from a focused 1-module intensive (2 full days) to a comprehensive journey of 4 modules (3 days each).
The time between modules is also flexible—typically 2, 4, or 6 weeks—allowing participants to reflect and apply their learning in the workplace before the next session.
What languages is SimuPro available in?
Currently, the simulator and our training delivery are available in both English and German.
What is the ideal group size?
To ensure deep coaching and individual feedback, we recommend 8 to 12 participants per trainer.
Can we do this remotely?
Yes. SimuPro was engineered for flexibility. It works perfectly for fully remote teams or hybrid setups.
However, we strongly recommend on-site training whenever possible to maximize interactive action and group dynamics between participants.
