It Started With A Question

Why do most leadership trainings fail to change behavior? This question drove Alexander Edelmann's master thesis research at IMC Krems. The answer wasn't more theory; it was simulation.

We didn't just build a company; we conducted a scientific study with real professionals to prove that immersive simulation is the only way to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Today, that research is the engine of SimuPro.
